Before being director I started as tigonjetse youth club chair from I selected to be chikweo youth network chair I voted twice first term and second term from there I selected to be Machinga District youth network chairperson then with my fellow team I establish youth organization called development network for youth empowerment-DENEYE.
Currently am working with youth Wave as District coordinator as well as change maker and am also Working with youth and society as zatiwakana youth champion .
Interms academic, am holding a certificate in youth development obtained in Jubilee university in lilongwe 2018, Diploma In community development obtained at Mubarak complex in 2023, Currently am doing bancellor of social work at university of Malawi chancellor college
